Goodrich Lumber was founded in Duxbury, MA in 1906 to provide lumber and building materials to surrounding communities, contractors, builders, and homeowners. Since its founding over 100 years ago, Goodrich Lumber has now expanded its services and facility.

In 1911, three pioneering associates including Harry A. (Ham) Miller founded the Overturf, Davis, Miller Company—after two years in business, Ham bought out his partners and established Miller Lumber Company. In 1915, the company sold the planing mill.

Builders Alliance was founded in 1913 to serve the growing needs of professional builders and customer home builders in Washington with lumber, doors, windows, and millwork, and other home renovation products and materials.

Christensen Lumber was founded in Fremont, Nebraska in 1923 as a small family-owned and operated business serving the region’s home builders and contractors with lumber products.

Zarsky Lumber Company began in 1928 with two farmers named Frank and Charlie Zarsky in Woodsboro, Texas by selling lumber off the back of their pickup truck at a local café.

Arizona Wholesale Supply Co., now Arizona Appliance and Home, was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1944 as a wholesale distributor of appliances and electronics.

Carl’s Building Supply was founded in 1947 to source the area’s need for stocking and delivering lumber and building materials. Since then, Carl’s has expanded to 50,000 square feet of covered storage full of lumber, decking, millwork, tools, roofing, siding, and more.

Albeni Falls Building Supply was founded in Oldtown, ID in 1948 as Diamond International Lumber. In the late 1980s, Harold Ockert purchased the location and renamed it Albeni Falls Building Supply, and later sold the store to David and Susan Melbourn in 1990.

R&D Thiel started in the suburbs of Chicago and has continued to expand under the name Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. (CCA) into the booming markets of Florida (1973) and North Carolina (2000).

Ricci Lumber was founded in 1957 by Erminio Ricci in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with the purpose of providing a wide supply of lumber products at one location.

Medallion Industries has been a leading supplier of windows, doors, moving glass wall systems, millwork, and door hardware to professional builders and remodelers in Oregon, Washington, and Northern California since 1971.

Barton Supply was started in 1973 to source concrete materials including rebar fabrication, structural and miscellaneous steel, tilt-ups, and concrete construction accessories for commercial and residential projects in Colorado.

Since its founding in 1975, BMI has supplied custom millwork, doors, hardware, and hollow metal to MidWest home builders and remodelers as well as commercial contractors.

Jenkins Lumber has been providing lumber and building material products and building partnerships in Star Valley, Wyoming since 1975. Over the years, Jenkins has expanded to provide service to the Teton and Sublette Counties as well as eastern Idaho.

Frontier Building Supply was founded in Anacortes, Washington in 1975 to provide the highest quality lumber and sheet goods available from a select group of mills and manufacturers.

Shepley Wood Products was founded in 1978 by Tony Shepley to locally source lumber and other building materials to the Hyannis area with fast delivery, quality products, and exceptional service and expertise.

Forest Tek/Overseas Lumber has been proudly serving professional builders, custom home builders, contractors, and homeowners since 1982 by supplying high quality lumber, hardware, and building materials to the Florida Keys.

EAL Manufacturing, formerly known as Erect-A-Line, is a Dallas-based manufacturer and fabricator of concrete construction reinforcing products and accessories for distributors located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America.

BARNSCO Michigan was started in 1984 as Barnes & Sweeney when it began operating as a re-steel fabricator and concrete construction materials distributor for commercial projects in the area.

Since 1984, BARNSCO Texas has been supplying concrete contractors with quality construction materials. Their core value is to treat their customers above the industry standard.

Western Interior Supply was founded in 1985 to locally source and distribute Division 9 acoustical materials in the Denver-area commercial building industry and has since become the leading distributor of standard acoustical ceiling and wall products.

Established 1988, Factory Builder Stores is the largest home appliances distributor in Texas. With seven different locations across the state, they supply more than 40 different brands of appliances and cabinets.

Mandere Construction was founded in 1992 and is the premier framing company in the Inland Northwest. From their location in the Idaho, Mandere serves contractors on multi-family and commercial projects of all shapes and sizes.

American Builders Supply is a value-added building material supplier that manufactures, distributes, and installs millwork, windows, components, and lumber to both single family and multi-family home builders in Florida.

Sunrise Builders Supply was founded in Horn Lake, MS in 1996 to provide high-quality building supplies to builders, contractors, and DIY homeowners in northern Mississippi and southern Tennessee.

Jones Heartz was founded in May 1997 to distribute drywall, steel studs, track, joint treatment, trim, and fasteners to commercial contractors in the Front Range of Colorado.

Sun Mountain Custom Doors was founded in northern Colorado in January 1998 as a distributor of residential door slabs, offering value-added pre-hanging and pre-finishing.

Diamond Home Improvement is a locally owned and family-operated home improvement retailer headquartered in Southern Oregon. DHI was started in 2000 by the Steiner family with the vision of providing high-quality service and great prices to Oregon’s building community.

AO Door was founded in 2001 to locally source commercial doors, frames, and hardware to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Since then, AO has been supplying premium quality commercial door products with unparalleled customer service.

Specialty Appliance has been Colorado’s premier kitchen appliance retailer for over 15 years with five convenient locations in Denver, Louisville, Fort Collins, Basalt, and Avon.

Northwest Building Components, Inc. (NWBC) was founded in 2004 to supply high quality roof and floor trusses for commercial, residential, and agricultural buildings throughout the Inland Empire region.

Apart of Jones Heartz, Drywall Material Sales was founded in 2005 to provide drywall, insulation, steel framing, stucco, and acoustical ceilings, to residential and commercial contractors in Colorado.

New England Building Supply was started in 2009 to source the need for a quality and service driven business providing building materials to the metro Boston area.

Founded in 2012, Direct Lumber & Door of Colorado is a Denver building material supplier that specializes in providing professional builders with lumber, engineered wood, exterior trim, windows, millwork, hardware, decking, and trusses.

Founded in 2015 and backed by Kodiak, Freedom Materials partners with residential and commercial builders to provide drywall and drywall-related materials to commercial and residential contractors throughout the Mid-Atlantic area.

Premier Building Supply of Kansas City is a full-line lumber yard and manufacturer of building components including roof and floor trusses and interior and exterior wall panels to professional contractor in the area.

Freedom Acoustics was founded in 2020 as a greenfield expansion of Freedom Materials to stock and distribute complete ceilings systems in the greater Philadelphia and Baltimore DC Metro markets.
