BECOME AN EMERGING LEADER

Thank you for your interest in our Emerging Leaders program. The Emerging Leaders Program is a leadership training initiative designed to identify, nurture, and develop promising individuals within our organization who have the potential to take on leadership roles in the future. This program is a strategic investment in cultivating a pipeline of capable leaders who can drive Kodiak Building Partners’ growth, innovation, and success.

During the program, you will be taken behind the scenes to understand who we are, what we do, and how our leadership pipeline continues to build great culture. To be considered for this program, we ask for the following two things.

• A short video showcasing who you are and how you hope to grow through the Emerging Leaders experience.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your video should be under 2 minutes and should be less than 5MB in size.
• Completed Emerging Leaders Application signed by your company president.

DEADLINE

The deadline for your application to be considered is August 23, 2024. Applicants will be notified of their selection into the program by September 13, 2024, The Emerging Leaders Program is scheduled to start on October 28, 2024.
