After a short stint of performing with his rock band in New England, Tony began his career in the lumber and building materials industry by co-founding Shepley in 1977. Throughout his 44 years of running the company, Tony has had the opportunity to do most jobs with a focus in overall management, sales, and operations. He also enjoys using his CDL A Class A and Hydraulics licenses from time to time.
In his spare time, Tony is committed to serving and advocating for his community through various organizations incuding Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, Barnstable Mutual Insurance Company, and more.
