Tony serves as President of Shepley Wood Products, a role he has held since co-founding the company in 1977. Tony’s career has encompassed diverse responsibilities across management, sales, and operations, leveraging his expertise and hands-on experience in the lumber and building materials industry. He also maintains active involvement using his CDL A Class A and Hydraulics licenses.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Tony is committed to community service and advocacy. He contributes his time and leadership to various organizations including the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and Barnstable Mutual Insurance Company, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the community he serves.
