Tom Dennison is the President of Shepley Wood Products, where he leads strategic direction and oversees operational excellence across the company’s three locations. Tom has been a pivotal leader at Shepley Wood Products long before assuming his current role, having served as General Manager since 1997. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated a remarkable capacity to elevate performance, identify opportunities, embrace change, and inspire teams with purpose.

Tom has spent most of his career in the building materials industry, and holds a complete understanding of the business, having experience across operations, sales, and administration. Prior to joining Shepley, he spent 12 years at Mid-Cape Home Centers, most recently in his role as Location Manager. Tom also honorably served in the United States Army for three years.

A Cape Cod native, Tom maintains a strong connection to his community both as a business leader and a dedicated volunteer. He currently serves on the board of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and previously held several board positions—including a five-year term as President—with the Self-Insured Business Association (SILBA).

His commitment is also evident through his long-standing involvement in local youth sports, having coached Dennis-Yarmouth Youth Football from 2008 to 2023 and Youth Baseball from 2011 to 2022, where he also served as Board President for two years. Since 2014, Tom has been an active mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters school-based program on Cape Cod.

Tom has been married to his wife for 35 years, and together they have raised three grown children.
