Tim Hillebrand is the President of Don’s Appliances.

As the President of Don’s Appliances, Tim is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations.  Tim brings over 35 years of industry experience and expertise to his role including sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Tim’s parents, Don and Jill Hillebrand, founded Don’s Appliances in Upper St. Clair, PA in 1971. After graduating college in 1988, Tim began his career with Don’s Appliances as the Upper St. Clair Sales Manager. 10 years later, Tim and several of his brothers went on to found Hillmon Appliance Distributors, where Hillmon quickly turned into a growing reputation of high-end, luxury appliance sales. Hillmon Appliance Distributors and Don’s Appliances merged in 2012 and Tim rejoined the Don’s team. Almost 12 years later, Tim’s focus has remained on the sales and marketing behind Don’s Appliances.

Throughout his career, Tim has been heavily involved in the appliance, kitchen, and bath industry. He has previously served as the National Kitchen & Bath Association Region President, Vice President of Membership and Programs, and Treasurer, President, and Vice President of AVB’s Tri-State Region along with additional board member roles within the organization. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Life Director of the Builder’s Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

Tim is actively involved in a variety of community organizations and charities including Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh, Founding Board Member of Cameron Heyward’s Heyward House Foundation, and Washington Hospital’s Foundation 1887 Club to name a few.

Tim graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and obtained a business management certificate from NARDA/ Notre Dame.
