As President of Zarsky Lumber, Stephen oversees operations across all seven Texas locations, spanning Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Laredo, Los Fresnos, McAllen, Port Aransas, and Victoria. With over 30 years in district management, Stephen brings extensive expertise from his tenure as District Manager at Safelite AutoGlass. In this role, he focused on setting regional sales goals, managing revenue projections, and overseeing consistent marketing strategies and budgets for multiple stores.

Prior to his role at Safelite AutoGlass, Stephen served as District Manager and Market Director at Lowes, where he excelled in fostering long-term strategic partnerships and optimziing operational efficiency. His leadership skills and commitment to excellence have been honed through a career dedicated to achieving and surpassing organizational objectives.

Stephen is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Gadsen State Junior College, where he cultivated a strong foundation in business management and leadership. His educational background, coupled with decades of hands-on experience in the lumber and building materials industry, equips him to effectively lead Zarsky Lumber in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in the compeitive Texas market.
