Sidney Harris is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of combined leadership experience across military service and corporate management. As President of Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc., he oversees strategic growth and operations across the company’s structural building component manufacturing facilities in Florida and North Carolina, as well as its extensive shell labor operations throughout the state of Florida.

Sidney began his civilian career at Ernst & Young, where he quickly advanced to the role of Senior Auditor, building a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. He joined CCA in 2003 as Division Controller and progressed through the leadership ranks—serving as Financial Vice President before being appointed President in 2021.

Prior to his corporate career, Sidney served ten years in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman, developing the discipline, resilience, and leadership that continue to shape his approach to business.

Sidney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University, an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, and an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida.
