Scott Morrison serves as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Kodiak, where he collaborates with the company’s entities nationwide to identify and eliminate waste systematically, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With over 40 years of experience, Scott’s background spans various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, electronics, and automotive suppliers.
Before joining Kodiak, Scott operated an independent consulting firm, Scott Morrison Consulting, LLC, specializing in assisting LBM dealers across the United States in process improvement. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Throughout his life, Scott has been actively involved in volunteer work, serving in various capacities within church, college alumni, and community organizations. Currently, he serves as a board member of the University of Illinois’ Industrial and Systems Engineering alumni association.
