Sandra brings a strategic vision for human resources and a strong track record of leading human resource organizations at both public and privately held companies, while providing a supportive environment for employees, optimizing employee engagement and achieving company objectives.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, Sandra has successfully guided HR, Facilities Management, and Internal Communications functions for rapidly growing organizations. She has led transformative HR initiatives that aligned with corporate strategies while enhancing culture and operational efficiency.

Most recently, Sandra served as SVP of Corporate Administration at PDC Energy, where she played an integral role in the company’s integration of its business acquisitions and eventual sale to Chevron. She has also held key positions at SRC Energy, Extraction Oil & Gas, and Kodiak Oil & Gas, consistently delivering operational efficiencies, cultural improvements, and innovative HR solutions.

Outside of work, Sandra is committed to giving back to her community. She played a vital role in founding and managing Underdogs Animal Rescue, a rescue focused on finding loving homes for dogs who are often overlooked by adopters. Her passion for service extends beyond animal welfare—she has led numerous charity efforts across the Denver area, supporting various causes and organizations. Additionally, Sandra has dedicated her time to fundraising for elementary schools to help provide our future generations with the best chance for success.
