Raph oversees Barnsco Texas operations across five locations in Central and North Texas as President. He joined the Barnsco Texas team in 2015 as Sales Manager, later advancing to Director of Sales before he assuming the role of President/General Manager in 2016.

Prior to his tenure at Barnsco Texas, Raph served as Regional Business Development Manager at Badger Inc., a leading hydro excavation company, where he focused on sales, training, and development across the South-Central United States. Before that, he held the position of General Manager at RSC Equipment Rental in the North Texas Division, overseeing sales and operations for 14 locations in the region.

Outside of his leadership role at Barnsco, Raph actively participates in industry organizations such as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Associated General Contractors, and the American Society of Concrete Contractors. He also volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and Veterans Affairs in South Dallas.

Raph earned his BS in Business from Sam Houston State University.
