As President, Raph oversees BARNSCO Texas operations at five locations in Central and North Texas.

Raph joined the BARNSCO Texas team in 2015 serving as the Sales Manager. He then progressed to BARNSCO’s Director of Sales before he was promoted to President/General Manager of the company in 2016.

Before joining BARNSCO Texas, Raph worked for a large hydro excavation company called Badger Inc. as a Regional Business Development Manager over the South Central United States with a focus on sales, training, and development. Just before that, Raph served as a General Manager for RSC Equipment Rental in the North Texas Division and oversaw sales and operations for 14 locations in North Texas.

Aside from his role as President at BARNSCO, Raph is a participating member of several industry organizations including the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Associated General Contractors, and the American Society of Concrete Contractors. Raph is also an active volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and Veterans Affairs in South Dallas.

Raph earned his BS in Business from Sam Houston State University.
