As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Pat oversees numerous LBM and gypsum distribution businesses for Kodiak, with locations spanning the country.

Pat became a member of the Kodiak family in May 2015 when he joined New England Building Supply as Co-President. Quickly assimilating into Kodiak’s culture and operations, he has since played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s trajectory.

Growing up in a family lumber business in Wisconsin, Pat brings a wealth of firsthand experience and insights into local LBM operations. From hands-on roles such as operating a forklift and making deliveries to excelling in sales and operations, Pat has held every job in the lumber business. Following the sale of the family business, he continued to excel in leadership roles, serving as General Manager at Seigle’s, a regional LBM in the greater Chicago area, and later at Dunn Lumber in Southern Wisconsin before assuming his role at New England Building Supply.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Pat is deeply committed to serving his community, having dedicated 34 years as a paid on-call firefighter, ultimately retiring as Captain. He has also actively contributed to the Rotary Club, embodying his passion for community engagement and service.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from UW-Whitewater in Wisconsin.
