As Executive VP of Operations, Pat leads the general LBM and gypsum distribution businesses for Kodiak with locations in New England, Texas, Florida, Wyoming, Colorado, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire.

Pat joined the Kodiak family in 2013 with New England Building Supply as Co-President alongside his brother Mike and quickly became an influential member of Kodiak’s culture and operations.

Growing up in a family lumber business based in Wisconsin, Pat gained a unique perspective on local LBM operations. From operating a forklift and delivering product to working in sales and operations, Pat has essentially held every job in the lumber business. Following the sale of the family business, Pat joined Seigle’s, a regional LBM in the greater Chicago area where he was the General Manager of a large lumber operation. He later returned to Wisconsin as General Manager of Dunn Lumber in Southern Wisconsin before he joined New England Building Supply as Co-President.

Aside from his duties leading building materials businesses, Pat served his community with a stint in the Rotary Club and as a paid on-call firefighter for 34 years, ultimately retiring as Captain. Pat graduated from UW-Whitewater in Wisconsin with his BBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
