As Kodiak’s Senior Director of Human Resources, Moreen works closely with Kodiak’s operating companies by leading payroll implementations for mergers and acquisitions and providing ongoing day-to-day process support to Kodiak’s local HR professionals across the country. Moreen is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and delivery of HR business processes and procedures, Kodiak-wide, with a primary focus on HRIS payroll and benefits.

Moreen has four decades of leadership, operations, and process improvement experience spanning two industries: building materials and financial services. Prior to joining Kodiak in 2019, she began her career in the building materials industry in 2001 at New England Building Supply (NEBS) in Boston, Massachusetts.  During her tenure at NEBS, she managed multiple facets of the business and saw the company through two acquisitions.

Prior to her career in the building materials industry, Moreen held a 13-year career with Putnam Investments in Boston, Massachusetts. She held several positions throughout her time at Putnam and was credited for her keen sense of process improvement and employee development. As Senior Vice President, Director of Participant Services she managed a 225-person multi-site, multishift call center and a Training & Development Team in the Defined Contribution division. Moreen was also employed as Operations Manager with The Boston Company and Boston Financial Data Services before her tenure with Putnam.

Today, Moreen works remotely from the “Gateway to Cape Cod” in Massachusetts.
