Michele serves as the acting President of Arizona Appliance & Home (AAH), previously known as Arizona Wholesale Supply. She joined the Kodiak team in 2020, bringing years of inside sales and operations expertise to AAH’s overall operations.

Michele began her career in the building industry in 1998 with Lasco Bathware, selling bathtubs to builders. After that, she joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2001 where she quickly fell in love with the appliance and kitchen design industry. Michele held various sales roles in sales and account management with Whirlpool, including Market Manager, Senior Account Manager, and eventually National Sales Manager. In this role, Michele was responsible for three of the nation’s largest builders, generating over $100 million in annual revenue.

Although Michele is not currently involved in any industry or community associations, she has previously served on various Home Builder Associations Committees, participated in Women in Residential Construction Events, and volunteered at Liberty Wildlife. When she is not working, Michele enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending time outdoors – especially camping, fishing, and riding UTVs with her friends and family.
