Mark serves as Kodiak’s Executive Vice President of the Southeast Region, overseeing operations for American Builders Supply (ABS), Carpenter Contractors of America Southeast, Keys Lumber, and Sunrise Builders Supply. In this role, Mark focuses on driving operational success, unifying diverse businesses, and fostering growth across the region.

Mark’s journey with Kodiak began in August 2012 when he joined the family through (ABS) as Chief Operating Officer and was later promoted to President. In 2020, he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kodiak before transitioning into the Strategic Advisor role in 2023. In 2024, he was promoted to EVP of the Southeast Region. Prior to his tenure at ABS and Kodiak, Mark held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain & Shared Services at ProBuild Holdings. He spent the initial 15 years of his career in various leadership positions at 84 Lumber, notably as Executive Vice President.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mark dedicates his spare time to volunteering at his local church in Florida alongside his wife. Mark holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University and furthered his education by earning an MBA from the University of Colorado.
