As President, Linda establishes and manages the goals and strategy of the company. She is responsible for planning, business development, operations, forecasting, budgets, sales, and ensuring company resources are properly allocated and utilized.

Linda joined AO Door in 2009 in HR and Accounting following an HR position at Leading Edge Aviation Solutions where she handled payroll, employment records, insurance renewal, and employee onboarding. Although her role at AO Door was initially HR and Accounting, her dependability, self-motivation, and ability to interact with all levels of personnel led her to become the VP of Operations in 2011. In 2019, Linda was promoted to President following success in her role in company operations, brought forth by her strong work ethic and focus on problem resolution with employees, customers, and business professionals alike.

In addition to running AO, Linda shares her expertise and stays involved in the industry by affiliating with professional organizations like D.R. Horton, Women of LBM, and the National Association of Women in Construction. Linda also supports multiple community charities including Dallas Children’s Advocacy, Foster Kids Charity, and Ally’s Wish.

When she’s not busy serving the building materials industry and the Dallas community, Linda enjoys spending time with family friends cooking and living a healthy and active lifestyle.
