Kevin Medeiros serves as the President of Goodrich Lumber.

His four-decade career in the building materials industry began in 1982 at Grossman’s, where he received comprehensive training and worked his way up from shipping and receiving to Operations Manager. In 1993, he co-founded B&K Realty Development Inc., encompassing custom home building, land development, and real estate.

In 1996, Kevin joined Goodrich as an Outside Salesman, quickly rising to General Manager in 2009 and then to President of the company in 2012.

Kevin is not only a dedicated professional but also a committed community advocate. He actively engages in industry panels, boards, and committees and supports numerous charitable causes, including animal shelters, family shelters, youth sports, and more.

Kevin holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers License. He has also been an instructor for continuing education, focusing on High Wind Resistive Construction and Building Science, and he promotes the teachings of the Energy and Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA) and emphasizes building code compliance.

Kevin’s passion for construction began in childhood, working alongside his carpenter father, fueling his fascination with structural construction. Today, as President of Goodrich Lumber, he continues to lead, leveraging his expertise, community engagement, and commitment to excellence to drive the company’s success and elevate the industry.
