As Senior VP of Kodiak’s doors, millwork, and windows segment, Jerry is responsible for AO Door, Builders Millwork, Inc., Medallion Industries, and Sun Mountain Custom Doors.

Before his promotion at Kodiak, Jerry purchased Builders Millwork and as President, built an entrepreneurial culture that empowered employees to better serve their customers, resulting in growth across the Midwest.

Jerry began his professional career in the banking industry and held various management positions including serving as the President and CEO of two community banks in west central and eastern Wisconsin. In 2002, Jerry entered the building materials industry with Builders Millwork and remained President until 2021.

Although he is not currently involved in any industry or community boards, Jerry and his family have a long history of community involvement. In the past, Jerry served as a member of a local bank advisory board and coached middle school football, local basketball, and little league. He was also a member of his church’s finance committee and a Junior Achievement volunteer teacher/mentor, as well as serving as a local county emergency respite care provider for underaged children in troubled households with his wife.

Jerry graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in 1988 with a BS in Business Administration.
