As Kodiak’s Vice President of Human Resources, Jenny oversees the HR function across all entities, leading departmental restructuring and serving as a subject matter expert in HR. Joining Kodiak is 2017 as Human Resources Director, Jenny played a pivotal role in HR diligence for mergers and acquisitions, while also spearheading the establishment of best practices and implementing new systems.

Before her tenure at Kodiak, Jenny served as HR Manager at the Latin American Youth Center, supporting youth with essential needs and providing virtual program services. Her introduction the the building materials industry began as an HR Generalist at TW Perry, where she managed HR functions for multiple branches, facilitated change management during acquisitions, and nurtured evolving company cultures.

Active in her community, Jenny engages with non-profit organizations such as the Hoya Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and ProjectBasta. Additionally, she mentors through the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, contributing to its growth and development of others beyond her professional endeavors.
