Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer of Kodiak Building Partners, overseeing all financial, accounting, and administrative facets of the organization. With a wealth of experience in financial restructuring and risk management, Jeff ensures the efficient management of Kodiak’s financial operations, including accounting, audit, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and banking functions.

Before joining Kodiak, Jeff held the position of Vice President and Treasurer at ProBuild Holdings, where he played a pivotal role in restructuring the company’s senior and subordinated debt. Prior to this, as Vice President and Corporate Controller at ProBuild, Jeff led the implementation of innovative consolidation and financial reporting tools while standardizing accounts payable and general ledger functions, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence.

Beyond his responsibilities at Kodiak, Jeff actively engages in industry leadership and academia, serving on the Customer Experience Advisory Committee at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. He has also participated in numerous industry panels including the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board, Thompson Research Group Industry Panel, the Building Industry Leaders COVID-19 Crisis Summit Finance Panel, and the NLBMDA Pro Dealer Summit CFO Panel.

Jeff earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Denver, laying the foundation for his career in financial management and leadership.
