Darius serves as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Kodiak Building Partners, overseeing accounting and financial functions across all Kodiak entities, including audit and tax compliance, books and records, benefit functions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Darius joined Kodiak when it was a two-operation business generating less than $45 million in revenue. Tasked with building the entire accounting and financial organization, he played a crucial role in Kodiak’s growth journey and has been instrumental overseeing the integration of all acquisitions into Kodiak’s portfolio. Prior to joining Kodiak, Darius honed his expertise at PwC in their audit practice and later served in a management position with Archstone, contributing to the IPO readiness team.

Beyond his extensive responsibilities at Kodiak, Darius actively engages in various community and industry organizations, including Girls on the Run, Inroads, Habitat for Humanity, and the National Association of Black Accountants.
Darius earned his Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA) with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater.
