As President of Barton Supply, Cody is responsible for overseeing operations for all four locations in Colorado, including Aurora, Frederick, Colorado Springs, and Commerce City. The primary focus of the job includes maintaining an efficient and positive company culture while providing top notch service and quality to customers, as well as fostering strong relationships with vendors across the country.

Born and raised in Colorado, Cody began his career in the industry at the age of 16 working front counter, shop, delivery, and eventually as Assistant Manager for Golden Concrete Supply (Aggregate Industries) in Longmont, CO. He then moved on to roles in commercial and residential concrete, serving nine years as General Manager at Four Star Foundations LLC and then as a Project Manager for SCD Corporation. 26 years of work experience in the industry has provided many opportunities for Cody to learn from multiple angles as a supplier and a customer, both in the field and in the office.

Cody joined the Barton Supply team in 2012, working as an Account Manager/Outside Sales. He then moved into the roles of Sales Manager and Director of Sales before being promoted to the role of President in 2023.

Aside from his role at Barton, Cody serves and contributes to several local charitable organizations including the Barton Adopt-A-Family charity, Mile High Down Syndrome Association, and several school and faith-based organizations in the area. He spends his free time with his wife and three children, follows Colorado sports teams as well as the Yankees, and assists in coaching his son’s baseball team.
