Profile
Cliff serves as Kodiak’s Executive Vice President of Business Transformation, where he oversees key business functions, including IT, HR, Continuous Improvement, Marketing, and National Accounts. In this role, Cliff drives operational alignment, innovation, and value creation across Kodiak’s diverse network.
Previously, Cliff was the Senior Vice President of Kodiak’s LBM operations in the Southeast and held the position of President at American Builders Supply (ABS). As President, he led the operations of 11 ABS facilities across Florida, leveraging a strong senior leadership team to optimize processes, enhance performance, and build strong partnerships with suppliers and customers.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Cliff has cultivated expertise in inventory management, purchasing, project management, and sales leadership. He began his career at an electrical building material supplier in Washington, D.C., later spending seven years in the Florida markets as Florida Territory Manager at Metrie before joining ABS in a leadership role. Cliff’s tenure includes impactful contributions as Vice President of Sales at ABS, Market Manager NE at Metrie, and President of ABS.
Cliff holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from West Virginia University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
