Brian serves as Kodiak’s Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer. Prior to his current position, Brian worked as the Senior Analyst, Treasurer and VP of Finance at Kodiak, playing an integral role in establishing and strengthening the finance department.

In his current position, Brian holds a wide array of responsibilities, including financial planning and analysis, treasury functions and consolidation, budgeting, long-range planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions valuation, cash and debt management, and safety and risk management.

Before joining Kodiak, Brian held several financial positions with increasing scopes of responsibility at IBM and Fresenius Kabi USA, progressing from Financial Analyst to Senior Treasury Analyst. Beyond his professional commitments, Brian actively contributes to community organizations such as the Colorado Chamber of Commerce EXECs Program and the Rocky Mountain Association for Financial Professionals, sharing his expertise and insights.

Brian is a Certified Treasury Professional, leveraging his expertise to drive Kodiak’s financial strategies forward. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting at the University of Northern Iowa. When not immersed in spreadsheets or attending to his growing family, Brian enjoys the outdoors through activities like hiking and golfing.
