Brian Huss serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kodiak Building Partners, where he oversees all financial strategy and operations for the organization. In this role, he leads functions including financial planning and analysis, treasury and consolidation, budgeting, long-range planning, investor relations, M&A valuation, cash and debt management, as well as safety and risk management.

Since joining Kodiak, Brian has held several key financial leadership roles—including Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer—where he played a central role in establishing and growing Kodiak’s finance department.

Prior to Kodiak, Brian held progressively senior finance positions at IBM and Fresenius Kabi USA, advancing from Financial Analyst to Senior Treasury Analyst. He is a Certified Treasury Professional and actively contributes to industry and community organizations such as the Colorado Chamber of Commerce EXECs Program and the Rocky Mountain Association for Financial Professionals.

Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors—particularly hiking and golfing.
