Blayne serves as Co-President of Specialty Appliance, bringing extensive experience and leadership to his role. Before assuming this position, Blayne spent over seven years as Specialty Appliance’s Vice President of Sales, overseeing substantial volume and fostering growth within the sales team.

Prior to joining Specialty Appliance, he held the role of Vice President of Sales at Dacor, a prominent appliance manufacturer, where he managed relationships with major retail dealers. Earlier in his career, Blayne held significant roles at Sears Holdings, including President of Westar Kitchen & Bath in Arizona and Nevada, accumulating in 26 years of experience spanning retail, manufacturing, and dealer sectors in the appliance industry.

In addition to his responsibilities at Specialty Appliance, Blayne actively supports various industry associations such as Home Builder Associations, the Home Builder’s Foundation, the National Kitchen & Bath Association, and Habitat for Humanity, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the industry and community causes alike. Outside of work, Blayne embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, indulging in activities such as skiing, mountain biking, dirt biking, and golf.

Blayne graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Business Administration & Finance, a foundation that has supported his strategic approach and decision-making throughout his career in the appliance industry.
