Beau is the Senior Vice President of Kodiak’s gypsum division and President of Jones Heartz Building Supply, Drywall Material Sales, and Western Interior Supply.

With a strong background in inside and outside sales, operations, logistics, and management, Beau leads all three gypsum operations in Colorado oversees Freedom Materials and Freedom Acoustics.

Beau began his career in the building materials and construction industry in 2003. In 2007, Beau crossed paths with Greg Lyon, Owner of Jones Heartz at the time, and joined Jones Heartz working in outside sales and moving into the Sales Manager role in 2011. In 2017, Beau was named President of Jones Heartz and has since continued to grow the company by implementing a new warehouse management system. In 2023, Beau was promoted to SVP of Kodiak’s gypsum division.

Aside from managing three companies, Beau is also involved in various industry and community organizations including Affiliated Distributors, the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry, Associated Builders and Contractors, Vistage International, Drake Group, and the Gypsum Supply Divisional Board of Directors.

Beau earned his Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas.
