Beau holds the role of Senior Vice President of Kodiak’s Channel Strategy. Beau is responsible for shaping and executing Kodiak’s channel strategy across all partner ecosystems. With a deep understanding of customer needs, vendor capabilities, and market dynamics, he leads cross-functional efforts to build and scale go-to-market strategies that strengthen partnerships, drive growth, and deliver greater value for customers.

Beau’s career in the building materials and construction industry in 2003. In 2007, he crossed paths with Greg Lyon, the then Owner of Jones Heartz, and joined the company in outside sales before progressing to the role of Sales Manager in 2011. Beau was appointed President of Jones Heartz in 2017 and has since fueled the company’s growth by implementing a new warehouse management system. In recognition of his contributions, Beau was promoted to SVP of Kodiak’s gypsum division in 2023.

Beau actively participates in various industry and community organizations, including Affiliated Distributors, the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry, Associated Builders and Contractors, Vistage International, Drake Group, and the Gypsum Supply Divisional Board of Directors.

Beau earned his Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas, laying the groundwork for his career trajectory in the building materials sector.
