As President of FBS Appliances, formerly known as Factory Builder Stores, Allen is responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing FBS Appliance’s vision, mission, and overall direction. He oversees all financial aspects of FBS Appliances and maintains awareness of both external and internal opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments, and standards.

Allen joined the FBS Appliances family as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January 2018, where he developed a marketing strategy to grow sales. Before FBS Appliances, Allen worked as a National Sales Manager for the Whirlpool Corporation, providing direction and programming to market managers across the US and managed Whirlpool’s largest single and multi-family builders. Prior to Whirlpool, Allen spent 11 years working his way up from Merchandise Specialist to Key Account Manager within GE Appliances.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Allen holds a BS and is Six Sigma certified.
