Denver, CO: Kodiak Building Partners (“Kodiak”) announced today the successful closing of its previously announced acquisition of American Builders Supply. In addition, Kodiak and Court Square Capital Partners(“Court Square”) have announced today a partnership to further enhance the Company’s growth in building products distribution. Court Square has made a major investment in Kodiak to support both internal growth and expansion through acquisitions.
