Commitment to Community

Service Above Self

The Kodiak vision is “creating a culture that empowers local leaders to succeed in the communities they serve” ― we believe part of our success is rooted in giving back to and supporting both our local and global communities in need through the Kodiak Building Partners Foundation.

Kodiak is passionate about encouraging our staff and local operating companies to make a positive difference within their community. By leveraging our resources of people, time, and hard work, we have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars back to our communities.
