“Growing up from humble means, I didn’t have a lot of support and guidance to avoid some of the pitfalls that I experienced while pursuing my career,” says Darius. “There are so many avoidable things that end up making that path a bit bumpier than it needs to be. As a leader at Kodiak, and in the Denver community, my goal is to continue to be humbled by every opportunity presented for growth and success, and to share my experience and inspire young professionals so that their learning curve might be a little less severe than mine was.”
