Chad, Vice President of Information Technology and Cybersecurity at Kodiak, is a crucial member of the senior leadership team. He ensures the alignment of local, regional, and national technology with Kodiak’s standard IT applications and infrastructure. His role focuses on creating an efficient, standardized, and secure technology environment amidst an aggressive merger and acquisition climate while maintaining the decentralized culture of locally led businesses. Chad is responsible for providing tactical, strategic, and operational leadership, as well as creating and executing technology strategies to enable and accelerate business growth.

Chad has over 20 years of experience in information technology and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Kodiak team. He has global experience developing, implementing, and executing technology solutions to reduce risk and costs, streamline operations, and enable collaboration and strong performance for business outcomes. He has also led large global teams with multiple locations through complex system implementations.

Before joining Kodiak in February 2024, Chad held key positions in the technology sector, including Vice President of Technology Operations at Vertfore and Senior Director of Application Modernization at Lumen Technologies. At Lumen, he led a team to improve application performance for 4,000 applications, developing processes to significantly reduce major incidents. Chad also served as Associate Vice President of Application Hosting Services at CommonSpirit Health, where he played a pivotal role in IT service delivery and forming strong business partnerships.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Network Systems Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Sport Medicine from DeVry University. His extensive background and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Kodiak, driving innovation and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures across the organization.
