Joe serves as the President of Freedom Materials, bringing over 30 years of experience in the LBM industry to the table, with operations, sales, and marketing. He manages and drives all operations for Freedom Materials’ locations.

Joe began his career in 1991 with Dale/Incor, a steel framing manufacturer, as a Regional Sales/Marketing Manager. In 2004, Joe took a position as Regional Sales Manager for Strober Building Supply, which later evolved into ProBuild and was eventually acquired by Builders First Source. In 2017, Joe joined Freedom Materials as Vice President of Sales to help lead its growth in Delaware and expansion into the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia markets. He was then promoted to President of Freedom Materials in 2021.

An active participant in the building materials industry, Joe is a founding and current member of the Mid-Atlantic Steel Framing Alliance, an organization that promotes the cold-formed steel (CFS) framing industry by bringing experts together.

Joe earned his BS degree in Finance from Towson University.
