Today, we’re proud to share an important milestone in Kodiak’s journey.  

Kodiak Building Partners is joining forces with QXO, a firm dedicated to becoming a $50 billion diversified leader in building materials distribution. This next step — which involves the sale of Kodiak to QXO — gives us access to additional resources, tools, and strategic support to strengthen our business and position us for long-term growth.
