As Market President, Colorado Door & Millwork, he oversees strategy and performance across Kodiak’s Colorado‑based businesses, bringing a forward‑thinking vision and a deeply people‑centered leadership philosophy to the role. Vince also continues to serve as President of Sun Mountain Doors, a Kodiak Building Partners company.

Vince’s career spans multiple industries and includes significant leadership roles at some of the nation’s largest building materials organizations. Before joining Kodiak, he previously served as CEO of Building Products Inc., where he guided the company through major growth and modernization. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Builders FirstSource as Vice President of Roofing and at Beacon, where he advanced from accounting roles at Cargill into the position of Market Manager. Across each chapter, he has strengthened his commitment to accountability, collaboration, and building inclusive, high‑performing teams.
