The Kodiak Foundation Raises $600,000 at Charity Golf Tournament, Surpassing $5 Million in Contributions Over 5 years
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 2, 2025 — The Kodiak Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization uplifting local and global communities, celebrated its fifth anniversary with a record-breaking annual charity golf tournament that raised $600,000 for three non-profit organizations.
This year’s tournament pushes the Foundation’s total philanthropic contributions over the last five years to more than $5.2 million. Since 2020, the Kodiak Foundation has provided financial assistance to more than 600 employees of Kodiak Building Partners and its operating companies during times of hardship, while awarding over $2.4 million in grants to non-profit organizations across the U.S. and abroad.
“The success of this year’s charity golf tournament reflects what we’ve seen consistently over the last five years — when we come together to support each other, we can have a transformational impact on the communities we serve,” said Jeff Jones, President of the Kodiak Foundation. “We are grateful to the attendees and sponsors whose generous support over the years has helped us carry out our mission and continue to make a meaningful difference for the individuals and organizations we support.”
The following non-profit organizations were selected as beneficiaries of the 2025 tournament, the Foundation’s largest annual fundraising event:
- City of Hope – One of the largest and most advanced cancer research and treatment organizations in the U.S., with research centers for diabetes and other life-threatening illnesses.
- Convoy of Hope – A humanitarian, faith-based organization providing food, supplies and hope to communities around the world.
- For Every Woman – An organization offering resources and care to support women’s health issues.
Since its launch in 2023, the golf tournament has raised more than $1.6 million, enabling grants to 18 organizations that align with the Kodiak Foundation’s mission of caring for people in need and strengthening communities.
“On behalf of City of Hope, I’d like to thank Kodiak Building Partners for their longstanding support of our life-saving mission to finding the cures to cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening illnesses,” said Senior Director of Corporate Philanthropy Darla Claypool. “Our relationship with those in the hardware homebuilding industry spans over four decades, and during that time this industry’s enduring legacy of compassion and generosity has helped us raise nearly $200 million towards leading edge cancer research and treatment, impacting the lives of more than 100 million around the world each year.”
Looking ahead, the Kodiak Foundation invites community members, industry partners, and supporters to join in future events and initiatives that extend its mission of caring for people and communities in need.
