Spinarski guides construction supply and rental equipment operations across Texas, partnering with local leaders to drive growth and operational alignment. He also serves as President of Barnsco Texas and EAL MFG. across six locations in Central and North Texas.

His leadership has fueled growth, deepened customer relationships, and built a culture of accountability and teamwork. His broader industry background, including roles leading sales, training, development, and multi‑site operations, provides a strong foundation for supporting Kodiak’s construction supply businesses statewide.

Prior to his tenure at Barnsco Texas, Raph served as Regional Business Development Manager at Badger Inc., a leading hydro excavation company, where he focused on sales, training, and development across the South-Central United States. Before that, he held the position of General Manager at RSC Equipment Rental in the North Texas Division, overseeing sales and operations for 14 locations in the region.

Outside of his leadership role at Barnsco, Raph actively participates in industry organizations such as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Associated General Contractors, and the American Society of Concrete Contractors. He also volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and Veterans Affairs in South Dallas.

Raph earned his BS in Business from Sam Houston State University.
