Monte is the Vice President, Marketing for Kodiak Building Partners and leads Kodiak’s Marketing department, which supports our corporate headquarters and operating units in all marketing functions. This includes strategy, branding, promotional campaigns, digital and social advertising, website design, and competitive analysis.

Prior to joining Kodiak in July 2022, Monte led marketing teams for local, regional, and national brands in multiple industries throughout the United States. Those brands include Frazee, Kwal, Color Wheel, and Parker in the paint industry, Old Chicago and Logan’s Roadhouse in the restaurant industry, and American Crew in the men’s haircare industry. Monte has also worked in the advertising industry on brands such as Burger King, Scotts, Elements Massage, and Coors.

Monte earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Iowa. He earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from DePaul University while working in the advertising industry in Chicago.

Family and the community are very important to Monte as he has served as a youth basketball coach in Golden, Colorado and supports the Denver Rescue Mission. If he’s not thinking about how to create more awareness and sales for our operating units, Monte loves watching his children play soccer and rock climb. If a golf course is open, he’ll play anywhere and anytime no matter the conditions.
