Monte serves as Vice President of Marketing for Kodiak, leading the Marketing department’s efforts across corporate headquarters and operating companies. With extensive experience in various industries, including paint, restaurants, and advertising, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Kodiak, having led marketing teams for renowned brands like Frazee, Old Chicago, Burger King, Elements Massage, and Coors. 

Monte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Iowa and earned his MBA in Marketing Management from DePaul University while working in Chicago’s advertising sector.

Outside of work, Monte is deeply involved in his community, coaching youth basketball in Golden, CO and supporting the Denver Rescue Mission. He enjoys watching his children participate in basketball and soccer, and if given the chance, he’ll hit the golf course regardless of the weather conditions.
