Lucas Nichols serves as the General Manager of Goodrich Lumber. His two-decade career in the building materials industry began in 2005 at DMC Building Company, where he received comprehensive training and worked as an Assistant Carpenter. In 2012, he founded Lucas B. Nichols Building, a full service home renovation company providing window and door replacement, custom cabinetry, decks, porches, and general repairs. In 2016, Lucas founded Long Pond Custom Builders LLC, providing high end custom carpentry and renovations to the South Shore and Plymouth areas. Lucas joined Goodrich as an General Manager in 2023, quickly showing strong leadership and strategic vision for the company.

Lucas’ passion for construction began at an early age and his years working as a carpenter and owner of carpentry businesses gives him a unique perspective to understand the needs of the contractors and builders Goodrich serves each day. He continues to lead, leveraging his expertise, and commitment to excellence to drive the company’s success and elevate the industry.
