Brian serves as Kodiak’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.

Before his role as SVP of Finance and Treasurer, Brian worked as the Senior Analyst and Treasurer at Kodiak to help build the finance and accounting department.

In this position, Brian is responsible for all financial planning and analysis, treasury functions and consolidation, budgeting, and long-range planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions valuation, and cash and debt management.

Prior to joining Kodiak, Brian held several financial positions with increasing scopes of responsibility at IBM and Fresenius Kabi USA including Financial Analyst, Treasury Analyst, and Senior Treasury Analyst. Outside of the industry, Brian is involved in several community organizations to share his expertise including the Colorado Chamber of Commerce EXECs Program and the Rocky Mountain Association for Financial Professionals.

Brian is a Certified Treasury Professional and earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting at the University of Northern Iowa. When he’s not buried in spreadsheets or busy with the new addition to his family, Brian enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and golfing.
