Kodiak Building Partners has announced the acquisition of Alpine Appliance Center as of Feb. 1, 2021. The acquisition marks Kodiak’s 27th transaction in its ten years of business. Alpine Appliance Center is a Colorado home appliance supplier with locations in Avon and Basalt, Colorado, catering to homeowners, architects, and home builders in the Vail Valley and Roaring Fork Valley. With their in-house factory authorized technicians and installers, Alpine installs and services 30 brands.
