Jones Heartz was founded in May 1997 with a focus to distribute commercial contractors with drywall, steel studs, track, joint treatment, trim, and fasteners in the Front Range of Colorado. Since then, they have expanded to cover insulation, stucco and EIFS products, and foam. During its decades of operation, Jones Heartz has supplied high-profile jobs including the Four Seasons Hotel, the Gaylord Entertainment Resort, and Coors Field.
Kodiak Building Partners acquired Jones Heartz from founder Greg Lyon in 2013. Two years later, Beau Hayes replaced Greg as President and continued the legacy of growing the company with a greenfield expansion of Jones Heartz Ft. Collins and acquiring Drywall Material Sales in 2018. Since its founding in 1997, Jones Heartz has added multiple product lines and operates in six locations while having the largest specialized fleet of trucks that can reach heights of 110 feet. They are known for having the largest boom truck in the state, state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System, unmatched expertise, customer service, and delivery capabilities.
